This senior technical leadership position is responsible for ensuring network service performance meets contractual commitments and reputed company standards while driving operational reputed company and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven experience in network delivery management or a senior network engineering role

• Experience managing network services in a large reputed company or managed services environment
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
