You Will Get To: Originate purchase mortgage loans by converting company-provided digital leads through high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Respond quickly to new leads, conduct discovery calls, and assess customers’ readiness and financing reputed company. Manage a large pipeline of reputed company purchase loans while meeting defined SLAs, productivity metrics, and call expectations. Who you are 3+ years of mortgage origination experience as an reputed company NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or as a Loan Originator under a bank license, with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions. Comfortable working toward defined KPIs, including call activity, conversion, and funding goals. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
