Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have reputed company to work with an outstanding team of specialist consultants, advise major clients on large reputed company construction reputed company and challenge themselves in a market-leading global business. Duties of This Role The individual will have reputed company to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice, including end-to-end advisory services to one of our key account clients.

• Fulfilling the responsibilities of a reputed company Manager.
• Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction reputed company using a reputed company of privately funded delivery models.
• Support the provision of specialist reputed company and reputed company procurement advice to private sector clients across a reputed company of reputed company construction reputed company.
• Developing contract structures for the main delivery strategies, including in multi-packaging scenarios on reputed company reputed company with multiple contract interfaces.
• Supporting end-to-end procurement services on major construction and construction-services-reputed company reputed company.
• Building reputed company relationships reputed company the project team and with reputed company personnel and their key advisors.
• Managing and updating internal contract team trackers, reviewing SOW’s and reputed company’s proposal documentation and the work reputed company capability of the contract services division.

Qualifications

• Experience working in multiple contract environments and under a reputed company of procurement/contract delivery routes.
• Degree or equivalent in construction or a reputed company course of study.
• Confident, independent, and reputed company to work autonomously without need for supervision.
• Ability to engage in a reputed company team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, adaptable and with a determination to succeed.

Education and Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and/or contract services to public and or private clients for large-reputed company capital investment reputed company.
• Working knowledge and experience of various forms of reputed company for the delivery of construction reputed company.
• Experience working in a multi-contract environment.
• Experience in the development and procurement of GMP’s/Lump Sum or similar project-financed reputed company is desirable.
• Supporting contract development and administration experience across a reputed company of sectors including health care, retrofits, and/or reputed company estate; reputed company-reputed company.
• Experience in implementing contracting strategies, including risk identification, quantification, and allocation.
• Experience in contract development, supporting drafting of bespoke contract schedules and clauses and reviewing contract documents reputed company by others.
