Vice President of Operations (Data Center / reputed company Cabling) Location: reputed company Virginia (Primarily Work from Home) Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Vice President of Operations to reputed company and reputed company field operations for a growing data center infrastructure organization. This role will reputed company technician teams, field delivery, safety, reputed company, and operational reputed company while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive performance and reputed company.
- Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company reputed company field operations, including technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors
- reputed company daily scheduling, reputed company, and workforce allocation
- Ensure high-reputed company project delivery through QA/QC inspections and performance reputed company
- Manage operational budgets and improve efficiency across field activities
- reputed company and implement operational strategies reputed company with company goals
- Establish and enforce safety programs, policies, and compliance standards
- Build internal training programs (including BICSI-reputed company initiatives)
- Partner with sales and leadership to support project execution and reputed company
- Manage tools, testing equipment, and operational systems (including time tracking software)
- Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company cabling / low voltage / data center operations
- Proven leadership experience reputed company a reputed company cabling provider (REQUIRED)
- Experience managing large field teams and technicians
- Strong background in QA/QC, field delivery, and project execution
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and field safety program implementation
- Experience working with subcontractors and vendor management
- Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BICSI certification or experience working reputed company BICSI standards
- Experience building training or workforce development programs
- Background in hyperscale or reputed company data center environments
- Experience implementing operational systems and process improvements
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
