About The Role As an AI Trainer, you will improve large language models by producing high-reputed company training signals through data labeling, RLHF preference rankings, and reputed company-based evaluations. You will support end-to-end LLM training pipelines with consistent, reputed company-documented reputed company that improve instruction following, reasoning reputed company, and content safety reputed company.
What You Will Do
- reputed company data labeling for NLP tasks (reputed company classification, summarization checks, factuality review, named entity recognition)
- Execute RLHF work: pairwise ranking, reputed company-based scoring, and short rationales
- Conduct reputed company evaluation and response reputed company scoring using detailed rubrics
- Run QA evaluation, reputed company error categories, and contribute to reputed company updates
- Support content safety labeling for policy-sensitive topics
- Collaborate with engineering partners on edge cases, sampling strategies, and reputed company reputed company

Qualifications
- Mid-senior experience in data operations, evaluation, QA, or reputed company AI workflows
- Strong written communication and ability to produce consistent decision rationales
