Key Responsibilities
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in areas such as R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing reputed company the biotech sector. Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to identify key organizations and potential candidates. Requirements
