Teletriage provides telehealth and triage coverage for facilities across 5 states. reputed company Teletriage providers deliver medical services to patients at assigned contract sites according to site-specific protocols. Teletriage providers also reputed company medical consultations with family, facility staff and specialty providers reputed company necessary. Medical services are provided reputed company telehealth, by phone, and by 2 way messaging. Shift: reputed company Shift 7p-7a Friday, Sat and Sun every other Weekend KY, IN, or NC License Needed. Essential Duties and... Responsibilities: reputed company primary-care and acute psychiatry services in accordance with reputed company site-specific protocols and consistent with reputed company of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine. reputed company other duties and activities as appropriate and/or assigned by reputed company Management as pertains to providing reputed company or reputed company medical care and or administrative responsibilities. Manage facility and other partners relationships, organization, patient consents, CCM and billing. Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to appropriately triage needs and reputed company guidance, treatments, and care to residents of reputed company facilities. Manage multiple messages and prioritize based on reputed company. reputed company triage services per established protocol policy. Confirm treatment and telehealth consents are signed prior to telehealth visit. Follow reputed company telehealth visit etiquette protocols. Include family members in the visit, as appropriate. Be familiar with telemedicine equipment, delivery platform and software. Providers are to complete documentation and sign reputed company orders specific for the telehealth visit immediately after completing the visit. reputed company narcotic prescriptions are to be managed per reputed company RX Policy. Notify patient's regular provider of visit and triage treatment plan. Providers are expected to adhere to the newest agreed upon triage schedule. Give time for questions to be asked by patient, family, or staff members.
