Qualifications

- Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, and reputed company Insurance
- reputed company Click Care CRM knowledge – preferred
- Knowledge of insurance portals and authorization guidelines
- Knowledge of hospital referral systems and electronic medical records
- Strong customer service skills
