This Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for posting AR and electronic/reputed company remittance from private and government payers into the billing system. Posting requires use of multiple reports, macros and tools to balance files to reputed company received. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process/post AR from reputed company assigned payers reputed company the expected Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Includes using macros and other computer based tools and multiple systems
• Research payer websites to obtain posting backup as needed
• Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Ensure aged AR is handled according to reputed company Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of remittance
• Remain flexible to everchanging priorities

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• MUST meet weekly and monthly production goals after training

• Prior work experience in an office setting or administration a plus
• Previous insurance/claims/EOB/cash posting/remittance work experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

• Must have high level Internet speed (50 mbps) connectivity
