The National Consumer reputed company Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for evaluating and selling mortgage solutions, advising clients through the loan process, and achieving specific loan origination goals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation and selling of mortgage solutions throughout the reputed company
• Advises clients on the home buying or refinance process while assisting through the loan process from application to closing
• Engages with reputed company and potential customers to reputed company and advise on how to best manage their mortgage finances
• Required to reputed company or reputed company specific loan origination goals

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. reputed company of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Strong sales aptitude

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
