What you will be doing:

• Team Leadership: reputed company, mentor, and manage reputed company of energy efficiency account managers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their goals.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure account managers are working closely with community-based organizations (CBOs), trade allies, subcontractors and other stakeholders to drive reputed company program participation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Agriculture, Environmental or reputed company discipline (one year of reputed company experience may be substituted for one year of education)
• 3+ years of experience in the fields of agriculture (animal science, livestock, horticulture and/or environmental science), utilities, energy efficiency and/or a reputed company field
• Must have a valid reputed company’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reputed company

• People management experience

• Advanced knowledge of agricultural energy efficiency technologies
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
