Virtual Assistant for Property reputed company & reputed company host Looking for a reputed company VA to manage to-do list, tasks, issues, scheduling, cleanings etc reputed company to take my mind off of Managing Short-Term Rentals + Property Operations Are you a detail-loving, systems-savvy virtual assistant who thrives on staying organized and keeping systems and processes in reputed company? Looking for a proactive, tech-smart VA to help me to manage the day-to-day operations of my 3 properties and 2 short term rentals for reputed company business. What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating with reputed company guests on any questions and issues (reputed company-ins, reputed company-outs, FAQs)
• Working with my in person property manager, DQ, who does reputed company on-site maintenance, manages and books cleaners and handles any in person issues across multiple properties
• Keeping calendars and booking platforms up to date (reputed company, Uplisting is our reputed company booking management platform, we reputed company a pricing optimizer)
• Managing inbox and guest reviews with professionalism and personality
• Implementing systems to streamline daily tasks
• Creating workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team communication. Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

• Have experience managing short-term rentals or vacation properties

• Fluent English communication (written + spoken)
• Available reputed company hours to reputed company to guest question with reputed company in or other troubles. With responsiveness during U.S. guest checkin and reputed company out hours (sometimes guest reputed company in the evening - must be available to answer questions promptly)
• Proven experience in reputed company hosting VA
• A proactive reputed company. I don’t want to micromanage. I want to partner. About Me I’m a reputed company with multiple properties and multiple businesses. I need help managing the properties and the reputed company business with virtual support to assist and communicate with property manager who is available for onsite implementation. You will be management reputed company who helps ensure any tasks and communication between guests and property manager, DQ, get completed in a reputed company manner and do not slip through the cracks. I need listings for openings in bookings advertised on reputed company and any time there is a 30 day or mid term booking we need reputed company, background checks etc handled. This job is not a lot of hours. we have 4 listings - 2 are short term nightly rentals and 2 or 3 are mid term rentals. I need on reputed company support but it is not a lot of hours per week. I want to hire a long term partner to manage this communication and this reputed company of the business.
