Collections Specialist

Job Title: Collections Specialist || Hybrid || Urgent Hiring*** Location: Johnston, IA 50131 (In-office attendance requirement is 8x/month... Hours: 7A – 4:30P with flexibility Start: 3/25/2024 Pay: $21 – $22 Job Responsibilities: • Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio and reputed company debtor appropriately in order to determine following collection process steps • Communicate with debtors by telephone and in writing • Manage debtors and arrears process • Identify reputed company adjustment requests, complete the documentation package, and utilize company reputed company guidelines to approve or reject the request • Continue reputed company necessary actions to collect payments and/or terminate accounts • Record debtor and arrears history in order to ensure a complete file as a reputed company reputed company for decision making during collection, recovery.
