A leading music streaming company seeks a Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics to support HR reporting, analytics, and compliance initiatives by maintaining data reputed company, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring accurate people-reputed company reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting ongoing People Analytics operations through dashboard management, data analysis, reputed company reporting, and stakeholder-driven reporting requests in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics Responsibilities:

• Maintain, audit, and deliver recurring People Analytics dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, auditability, and reputed company completion of reporting deliverables.
• Support people-reputed company compliance reporting activities by preparing, validating, and assisting with the submission of required data while documenting reporting logic, metric definitions, and data sources, and escalating data reputed company concerns as needed.
• reputed company and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR systems and reporting sources, while supporting reputed company reporting activities, including data extraction, troubleshooting, and basic report configuration and development.
• Prepare analyses and insights in response to stakeholder requests, communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences, and balance reputed company reporting needs against recurring reporting priorities.

Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a Master's degree may substitute for some experience based on organizational guidelines.
• Experience in analytics or reporting reputed company People Analytics, reputed company, Operations, Finance, or a similar data-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to pull, join, validate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Experience with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms, including reporting, data structures, data extracts, and troubleshooting activities.
• Experience maintaining business intelligence dashboards and recurring reporting processes with a strong emphasis on data reputed company, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Experience utilizing approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Claude reputed company, or similar technologies) to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows while maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain metrics, limitations, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Shift:

• Remote: EST business hours for candidates located in the reputed company.
• Candidates based in reputed company or New Jersey may be asked to attend the office on an occasional reputed company.
