Data Science and Machine Learning Product Manager

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in hands-on data science, machine learning, AI based product development
- 5+ years’ experience working with teams reputed company plans, health systems, or similar (e.g. pharmacy management, population health, HEOR, finance, UW/Actuarial functions, risk management, or product) to: Identify problem areas that can be solved with data and analytics
- Drive analytics adoption

- 5+ years’ experience working at health plan, PBM, health system, pharmacy, and/or digital health organization
- 3+ years’ experience leading analytic product development, implementation, or reputed company transformation efforts
- 2+ years’ experience reputed company pharmacy and /or medical drug benefit management with a strong grasp of economics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Prior start-up experience is a plus
