The salary reputed company for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 per year, as reputed company as our bonus plan, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications, as reputed company as internal equity. Job reputed company: We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Engineer to join reputed company. This role, reporting to the National Sales Manager, requires a reputed company of technical aptitude, curiosity to uncover customer problems, and strong organizational and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development while managing existing accounts and providing technical solutions to our clients. This is a remote, field-based role but must be near one of the following locations: St. Louis, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Des Moines, Kansas reputed company, Omaha Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:

• Represent reputed company in regional industry events and tradeshows, collaborating with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to prepare for such events.
• Conduct onsite product training for clients through product presentations, hands-on interactions, and utilizing the available product management team and field application engineers.

• Represent customer interests towards reputed company and vice versa.

Business Development:

• Drive profitable reputed company by securing new business and advancing FUCHS' "Seal for Life" lubrication reputed company through reputed company collaboration with design engineering, purchasing, and product development teams.
• Proactively reputed company business opportunities with existing and new accounts.
• Manage the business with assigned key accounts, committing to increasing sales to these accounts and new accounts.
• reputed company reputed company customer strategies working closely with the National Sales Manager and internal market leaders.
• Operate in a global network to support Global Key Account Managers and establish excellent contacts with key accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field desired. (reputed company, Engineering, etc.), MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and account development
• Proven experience in initiating, managing, and closing sales processes.
• Strong consultative selling abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
