Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience 4. Proficient in reputed company research, writing, and trial reputed company. 5. Experience in taking and defending depositions. 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 7.
