About the job reputed company is seeking an exceptional Case Manager (internal title: reputed company Care Manager (LCM)) to join our reputed company Care Management (ECM) team in Orange County, CA. Under the direction of the Director of reputed company Care Management, ECM Clinical Manager and/or ECM Program Manager, the LCM serves as the reputed company’s primary reputed company of contact and works with reputed company their providers such as doctors, specialists, pharmacists, reputed company services providers, and others to reputed company reputed company everyone is in agreement about the reputed company’s needs and care. This is a hybrid position that requires traveling throughout the Orange County area up to 5 days per week.
