Credentialed (CVTs, LVTs, RVTs) Veterinary Technicians are assigned to different service lines based on reputed company needs and the applicant's background/experience. The VIR will take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and reputed company accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. Given the nature of the position, many pet owners are calling under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress.
