As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician supporting the Maintenance Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving filling, packaging, and facility equipment that supports the production and delivery of innovative eye care products. You will also support preventive maintenance activities, facility modifications, and reputed company improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and reputed company standards. This position is onsite at our reputed company Worth, Texas site. In this role, a typical day will include: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and support efficient manufacturing operations. reputed company preventive maintenance (PM), diagnostics, and equipment setup in compliance with cGMP, SOP, safety, reputed company, and aseptic standards. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, reputed company Assurance, vendors, and contractors to improve equipment reliability, compliance, and process efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation while supporting new equipment installations, engineering changes, and spare parts management. Safely operate maintenance tools and test equipment, adapt to changing production priorities, and support team development through training and knowledge sharing. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO reputed company: High School Diploma or equivalent The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English 3 Years of Relevant Experience Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday- Friday| 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Relocation/ Sponsorship: No Preferred: Production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking, documentation, and equipment systems.
