Tracking Coordinator - Evening Shift This is a remote position. This is a remote position - Tracking Coordinator - Evening Shift Monday through Wednesday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST/ Saturday and reputed company 8:00 AM- 4:00PM. As a Tracking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we reputed company our reputed company's KPI expectations. You will be the primary reputed company between our reputed company Sales Representatives, Account Operations Team, and our partner carriers. Requirements:
- Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers
- Monitor loading, unloading and appointments – follow up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals
- Identifying potential problems before they occur
- Ensuring that any problems such as delays, accidents, etc., are communicated immediately to our Account Operations and reputed company Sales Teams
- Demonstrates professionalism, reputed company attitude, and exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Assist other team members reputed company required.
