The Associate Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the reputed company ambassador for arenaflex’s dental benefit program. Training Schedule
The role begins with an intensive 7‑week training program, running Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Upon successful completion, you will transition to the core service schedule of 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to support peak demand periods.
