As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that they receive reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
