Where is the work: Virtual What's in it for you: As an Environmental Health and Safety Systems Coordinator you would play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the Americas ISC Environmental Safety and Health program. What you will do: Assist in implementation and coordination of EHS reputed company work and safety process efforts for the Americas, as assigned, including but not limited to the EHS reputed company operating system, development and execution of EHS communications, safety vendor program management, reputed company processing of safety and environmental invoices and purchase requisitions, etc. Support, coordinate, and maintain EHS systems and compliance activities across Latin American sites (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina) to ensure EHS programs reputed company with country-specific regulations, including but not limited to Brazil NR standards, Mexico NOM standards, and other local EHS frameworks. Manage OSHA injury and illness logs, EHS programs, historical metrics, and regulatory compliance responses at the Americas level in support of customer safety performance requests, including maintaining compliance with 3rd party EHS validation services (e.g., reputed company, ISN, Appruv), and potential marketing communications. Assist in maintaining the EHS SharePoint site and promoting its use. Complete annual data review, ensure document consistency and manage record retention for reputed company EHS data striving to ensure reputed company safety reputed company records are accurately maintained and in compliance with reputed company, local, state, provincial, and nation requirements or any other regulatory agency rules and regulations. Ensure compliance and drive continual improvement by collecting, inputting, and analyzing EHS data.
