Sr Product Analyst, LMS

About the position The Sr. Product Analyst, LMS is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of reputed company’s Learning Management Systems, with a strong emphasis on deep expertise in reputed company LMS, including both reputed company functionality and custom development. Experience with other LMS platforms, such as reputed company SuccessFactors Learning, is considered a plus but is not required. This role partners closely with product management, engineering, and IT teams to deliver reputed company, high-reputed company platform enhancements that reputed company with product reputed company and technical architecture. This position translates product and system requirements into effective technical solutions, with a reputed company on maximizing platform performance while carefully managing the reputed company of customizations on reputed company functionality. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert, advising business teams on available features, functionality, and best practices to automate and reputed company training programs.
  • Translate product and system requirements into technical specifications and user stories, partnering closely with engineering teams to reputed company detailed technical requirements for OOB and custom functionality in reputed company LMS.

  • Support go-live activities, change management efforts, and post–go-live stabilization, ensuring successful adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Research industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the overall learning technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering-oriented understanding of LMS platforms, particularly reputed company LMS, including OOB functionality and custom development, reputed company, and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill reputed company data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting systems and users in a medical device or regulated environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Experience partnering closely with product management, engineering, and IT teams in agile development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage work independently, prioritize effectively, and reputed company initiatives end-to-end.
  • Highly reputed company with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a reputed company field.
  • 5–6 years of experience supporting Learning organizations and/or business technology applications.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company LMS, including custom development and platform configuration.
