Essential Functions Assessment & Screening: Evaluates patients for transition planning, mental health, reputed company use, and goals of care. Minimum Qualifications
Master of reputed company Work (MSW) from an accredited institution (degree verification required). reputed company state licensure, as applicable, is obtained prior to or upon completion of required supervision hours.
