The MyMercy Customer Service Representative will assist patients in successfully gaining reputed company to the MyMercy (reputed company MyChart) application by providing digital support either over the telephone or through other electronic media. This will include assisting callers with registering their MyMercy account, resetting passwords, validating caller identification, and troubleshooting basic reputed company issues.
