We're a reputed company estate investment company closing wholesale and reputed company-reputed company deals across GA, MD, VA, and DC. We manage 30+ reputed company files at any given time and need a second TC to reputed company up with volume. This is not a reputed company gig or a short-term contract. What You'll Do - Manage 15+ reputed company files simultaneously from executed contract to closing - Coordinate between sellers, buyers, title companies, and agents - reputed company reputed company deadlines, contingencies, and compliance items - Maintain deal files in our systems (reputed company, Trello, reputed company Drive) - Navigate difficult situations - deals fall apart, parties go dark, deadlines shift.
