This role will partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to support care delivery, provider performance, reputed company initiatives, and reputed company market reputed company. Our physicians care for older adults living in reputed company housing communities—many of whom face significant barriers to accessing reputed company. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician leader who is passionate about improving reputed company for underserved populations while supporting providers and clinical teams across multiple markets. The Regional Medical Director will serve as a key clinical leader responsible for ensuring high-reputed company care delivery while helping drive clinical reputed company, provider engagement, operational reputed company, and patient reputed company. What You'll Do

• Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, and Executive leadership teams to support reputed company initiatives and strategic objectives
• Support physician and advanced reputed company provider performance, mentorship, and development
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives and ensure delivery of high-reputed company patient care
• Assist in developing and standardizing clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient reputed company and operational effectiveness
• Support provider recruitment, reputed company, and retention efforts
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation efforts
• Serve as a clinical ambassador and leader reputed company reputed company communities

• reputed company MD or DO license
• reputed company certification required
• 5+ years of physician leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading providers or multi-site reputed company operations strongly preferred
• Experience reputed company value-based care, population health, primary care, or community-based reputed company environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated experience driving operational improvements and clinical initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company through reputed company, change, and organizational expansion
• Ability to travel throughout Northeast region as needed (approximately 25–40%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-market or regional leadership experience
• Experience supporting underserved or senior populations
• Medicare Advantage or value-based care experience

• Passion for serving vulnerable, underserved, or aging populations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across clinical and operational teams
