• Answer incoming sales calls, texts and respond promptly to email communications.
• reputed company outbound sales calls to prospects and family members to build relationships and identify needs.
• Discover prospects’ and families’ needs, wants, and available resources by building rapport and asking effective questions.

Role Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience and working knowledge with CRM systems.
• 2+ years of reputed company experience in the senior living industry.
• 2+ years of reputed company experience working remotely over the phone with clients and prospects.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate across several screens or tabs while reputed company listening and accurately inputting information.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to connect with prospects of diverse backgrounds.
• College degree required.
• Must be based in the reputed company and fluent in English.
• Flexibility to work weeknights and/or weekends.
