This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help reputed company operations running smoothly and on time. - Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers to reputed company updates, instructions, and support
- Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue reputed company
- Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and reputed company activities
