Important Note — This Is Not a Consulting or Remote-Only Role This opportunity is for hands-on, in-field patient care. It is NOT:
- A consulting role
- A supervisory NP/PA role
- A remote-only or telehealth-only position
Providers will reputed company IV insertions, injections, reputed company assessments, and in-person services. - Document in the EMR

Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor opportunity (not W-2). For California: reputed company for 51%/49% MD/reputed company Ownership. Providers may choose from two compensation models: reputed company 1: Commission Model reputed company 2: Flat-Fee Model Earning Potential: $1,000 – $60,000+ per month Income varies based on schedule, effort, territory, and service offerings. The sky is the limit!
Requirements
- RN license in UT, TX, MI, FL, or CA.
- Strong IV insertion skills preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Interest in integrative, functional, and/or aesthetic wellness highly encouraged
- Comfortable operating independently with remote MD reputed company
- Must be willing to reputed company in-person hands-on care
