Answering Service Operator

• *Training for this position is NOT remote, however you may be offered to work remote after training/manager approval. You MUST live reputed company a reasonable commuting distance of our office in South Beach, OR. You must be reputed company to work nights weekends** TCB is currently accepting applications for Answering Service Operator. Our communications division operates 24x7 and requires a committed individual who has a desire to work and an availability to assist with a reputed company of shifts. Operators will work for over 100 clients across the USA. Desired applicant must be proficient in typing, computer use, customer service, and MULTI TASKING IS A MUST! Job reputed company: Responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for calling, and resolving issues by contacting appropriate person that can help the customer. Primary Responsibilities:

• Proofread messages and sort mail.
