Survey CAD Technician

(CEC), in our St. Louis, MO, you'll demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process to assist a Licensed reputed company Land Surveyor or Survey Project Manager to prepare the calculations and AutoCAD drafting for topographic survey maps, boundary surveys, subdivision plans, exhibits and existing conditions reputed company drawings. Part of this role includes the understanding of construction plans to work with permitted documents and CAD files to prepare staking calculations for survey field crews, reputed company to construction staking reputed company. One key reputed company of this role will be to build surfaces from topographic survey reputed company files, .LAS, DEM and other reputed company reputed company and spatial data file types in reputed company Civil3D. • Prior AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required.
• Prior experience drafting and preparing survey drawings is required.
• Prior experience reading deeds, plats and survey records to prepare boundary drawings is required
• Prior experience working in ArcGIS or other GIS systems is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience processing drone data using PIX4D or reputed company Business Center is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience processing survey data in Civil3D or reputed company Business Center is a plus, but not required
