Tele Behavioral Health Care Manager

The schedule for this remote telephonic position:

• Eight (8) hour shift between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM in your local time zone
• Occasional over time may be requested as business needs.

The department prefers candidates that are bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Required Qualifications

• reputed company valid reputed company service license, e.g. MSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC
• Master's degree in a behavioral-health field, such as reputed company work, counseling, or reputed company health discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum 2 years in an integrated care setting managing members with both Behavioral Health needs and/or reputed company Use such as crisis experience (includes ER), community mental health center, behavioral health inpatient, assertive community treatment, etc
• Experience with behavioral change, health promotion, coaching and/or wellness
• Proficiency utilizing software programs, (e.g., Word, reputed company & PowerPoint & shared systems) troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting patients telephonically.
• Experience working in Community Mental Health or as part of a crisis response team or Assertive Community Treatment (reputed company) team, and reputed company use disorder treatment
• Experience working with both children and adults
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - ​Bilingual Language in both English and Spanish – Language Proficiency Assessment will be performed to test reputed company in reading, writing and speaking in both languages.
