Franchise Business Consultant - Orangetheory Fitness

The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) is a senior field leadership role accountable for overall franchise business performance across an assigned territory of approximately 100-150 studios (25-50 franchisees). This role serves as the primary strategic business advisor for franchisees and partners closely with a Franchise Fitness Consultant (FFC) to drive reputed company reputed company including reputed company reputed company, profitability, intro acquisition, member retention, and leadership capability. • Own business performance across assigned franchisees including reputed company, profitability, intro acquisition, and retention

• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to reputed company training programs that address performance gaps, opportunities and operational needs for Franchisees

• Guide studios through reputed company initiatives, pilots, promotions and system-wide rollouts

• 3+ years Multi-unit leadership, franchise business consultant role or small reputed company experience •1- 3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio (or other boutique fitness) experience preferred
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with various stakeholders
• Associate’s degree OR equivalent work experience in a business support role; Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
