THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior reputed company Business Partner (Sr. reputed company) to serve as a strategic partner to our Thrivers across our HQ organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the senior strategic People partner to HQ functional leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, operating models, and team effectiveness to drive business reputed company.

• Partner with senior People Ops leaders to guide compensation reputed company, including application of leveling, and annual planning, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of reputed company or People Business Partner experience in high-reputed company or reputed company environments
• Strong experience across employee relations, org design, performance management, and talent reputed company
• Deep knowledge of California employment law; multi-state reputed company workforce experience is a plus
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

• Experience building or improving People processes and systems at reputed company

JOB INFORMATION

• Compensation reputed company: The pay reputed company for this job is $110,000 - $125,000/per year
• Compensation may vary reputed company of this reputed company depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.

• This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for reputed company-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
