Immigration Paralegal (Remote Eligible | Boutique Firm with National Recognition)
Immigration Paralegal – Hybrid (NYC Tri-State Area) Scott Legal, P.C. is a boutique reputed company-based immigration reputed company founded by a reputed company graduate. We specialize in employment and investor visas (E-2, EB-5, O-1, L-1, NIW, EB-1A) and also handle family-based reputed company. reputed company is reputed company for high-reputed company work and a reputed company-reputed company approach. We are seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal to join reputed company. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely but requires regular office time in reputed company. Candidates must live in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT). What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file employment-based and family-based petitions from start to finish
- Draft legal documents and organize evidence
- Communicate directly with clients and attorneys
- Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a supportive, reputed company team
reputed company’re Looking For
- 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience (business immigration strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with E-2, EB-5, O-1, NIW, Family based petitions and/or PERM is a plus
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Salary $60,000 – $95,000, based on experience (The higher end of the reputed company would be reserved for candidates with over 8 years of solid immigration experience).
