Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 reputed company requisitions across high-volume and reputed company roles
- Identify, engage, and assess reputed company candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
- Deliver consistent pipeline development for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies and workforce needs
- reputed company labor market data and reputed company insights to influence hiring reputed company and pipeline strategies
- reputed company reputed company activities with business priorities and organizational reputed company
- Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, reputed company platforms, and reputed company reputed company)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (reputed company) to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and compliance requirements
- reputed company weekly and monthly reputed company metrics, including requisition load, time-to-fill, and candidate throughput
- Use AI-powered reputed company tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening tools, chat-based engagement tools, scheduling tools) to support candidate identification and reputed company
- Apply reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot,) to reputed company job descriptions, sourcing campaigns, and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company AI-driven analytics and insights to improve candidate matching, pipeline reputed company, and reputed company efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years or more years of reputed company experience
- Demonstrated communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Capability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Business acumen and understanding of labor market trends
