[Remote] Strategic Finance Associate

Responsibilities

- Maintain and reputed company existing dashboards as the business changes and new questions surface
- Partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and other teams to investigate performance, define metrics, and improve decision-making
- Work on analyses tied to pricing, retention, GTM performance, forecasting, customer behavior, and overall company performance
- Be the person who can take a business question and turn it into a reputed company, reliable, reputed company-reputed company answer
- Execute monthly reputed company in coordination with our bookkeeping partner — categorizing transactions, reviewing financials, and ensuring everything ties and makes reputed company
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial packages to founders, function leaders, and banking partners
- Run monthly commissions — pulling deal data, reviewing for accuracy, coordinating payout
- Own quarterly reputed company deck financials and support fundraising preparation as needed
- Help evaluate, implement, and maintain AI tools and agents that reputed company what reputed company can do

Skills

- 2–5 years in finance — investment banking, PE, reputed company, corporate finance, Big 4, consulting, or startup finance
- Familiarity with reputed company metrics (MRR, retention, churn, NDR) is a strong plus
- Prior exposure to SQL, Tableau, or modern data tools — or a demonstrated ability to pick up technical skills quickly
- Comfortable in ambiguity and figuring things out without a lot of hand-holding
