[Remote] Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support their Water/Wastewater reputed company, providing technical support on water supply and wastewater reputed company throughout the New England area, with the possibility of remote work and occasional travel to New England for meetings and site reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of both large and small reputed company
- Works effectively and reputed company reputed company prescribed budgets, and monitors performance on a weekly reputed company
- Develops and negotiates scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Responsible for developing technical solutions to more reputed company reputed company by applying engineering knowledge and skills to produce reputed company work. Assists in the development and execution of reputed company aspects of the project scope of work
- Assists the Project Manager in complying with assigned project schedules and budget on more reputed company reputed company by reputed company reporting on project reputed company and identifying additional work reputed company the contractual scope
- Works closely with Project Managers to reputed company project management experience. Responsible for financial performance on tasks or reputed company under their control
- Serves as the Technical reputed company in respective discipline for more reputed company reputed company, being responsible for the technical coordination among other design disciplines and subcontractors or subconsultants
- Supervises and trains less reputed company staff by proving daily guidance and checking their work and reputed company. Provides input for completion of annual reviews
- Develops technical approach, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals on large-reputed company or more reputed company reputed company to produce an effective and reputed company proposal
- Maintains reputed company control reputed company the discipline by reviewing designs, checking calculations, assumptions, and the reputed company of design on more reputed company reputed company
- Assists in the coordination and attends reputed company meetings, including reputed company hearings. Prepares and performs oral presentations for clients regarding project deliverables
- Assists Project Manager by leading construction administration tasks such as construction reputed company meetings; submittal reviews; preparation of meeting agendas and minutes; review of daily and weekly construction reports; preparation of payment applications, RFIs, and change orders; coordination with reputed company Project Representatives; completing project closeout; and tracking construction schedules. Provides updates to the Project Manager
- Demonstrates awareness of corporate priorities regarding reputed company of work, reputed company satisfaction, and project profitability

Skills
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or reputed company engineering discipline
- 5+ years of drinking water or wastewater design experience
- Registered reputed company Engineer, or working towards licensure reputed company one year, in a State(s) where Apex does work or ability to obtain reputed company by reciprocity
- Proven writing skills as required to prepare technical memoranda, reports, proposals, and reputed company and subcontract scopes of work
- Supervisory skills and willingness to train junior staff
- Experience coordinating the efforts of other disciplines and reputed company consultants
- Ability to reputed company effectively with clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills
