[Remote] Senior Director, Data and Analytics

The Senior Director, Data & Analytics will reputed company the data layer, overseeing engineering, analytics, and governance to drive data analytics initiatives that support pharmacy operations and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leads data engineers and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of respect, innovation, accountability, and reputed company improvement
- Sets and enforces the technical architecture for the reputed company platform, including reputed company architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), reputed company Catalog, reputed company Lake, and reputed company streaming ingress patterns
- Owns the delivery of the reputed company Data Warehouse, including reputed company data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes
- Drives analytics initiatives by partnering with data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-reputed company data reputed company
- Collaborates cross-functionally with product owners, pharmacists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions and insights
- Ensures platform reliability and performance, including optimization of Azure services and reputed company environments for cost-efficiency and scalability
- Establishes and enforces data governance, reputed company standards, and compliance protocols (e.g., HIPAA, reputed company, SOC2) across engineering and analytics workflows

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform leadership, with at least 3 years owning a data organization at a director or equivalent level
- Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company, including reputed company architecture, reputed company Catalog, reputed company Lake, and Lakehouse patterns in production environments
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics engineering functions, not just data engineering or BI in isolation; understands and can reputed company the semantic layer as a distinct discipline
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and/or Python; sufficient to evaluate architecture reputed company and reputed company reputed company without being hands-on daily
