Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- 5+ years reputed company experience preferred in outpatient, ambulatory, or managed home care
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Specialty certification required reputed company 3 years (e.g., Gerontological Nursing, reputed company Executive)
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, long-term care, and applicable regulations
- Proven leadership, business acumen, and reputed company decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, manage change, and resolve conflict effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across teams and stakeholders in virtual environments
