[Remote] L1 Analyst

In this role, you will be the first line of defense in investigating and mitigating cybersecurity events for clients, utilizing analytical skills to enhance processes and tools.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Education: Student or Graduate in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operations environments (SOC, Help Desk, or similar roles)
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of reputed company and Linux Operating Systems
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of reputed company and web fundamentals
- Language: Intermediate English level (B1+ or B2, spoken and written)
