[Remote] Green Belt - Business Process Consultant

This role will be reputed company in documenting processes, recommending improvements, writing procedures, and creating reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reputed company CX functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, plans, and implements moderately reputed company operational process improvement needs, especially improvements reputed company information systems and processes
- Acts as a re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams in reputed company, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company goals and guidelines
- The role involves working closely with Lean Six reputed company Black Belts and CX teams to document existing processes through detailed flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions
- This includes conducting a thorough gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and suggesting improvements, ensuring that reputed company documentation is standardized, consistent, and reputed company with organizational and industry best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Green Belt Certification required

- Experience working with re-engineering tools, reputed company, and techniques
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in facilitating meetings with reputed company Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business administration, or reputed company preferred
