Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning activities through development and maintenance of reputed company models, forecasts, and reputed company analyses
- Analyze reputed company gaps, labor utilization, hiring plans, transfers, and workforce trends
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning processes
- Validate workforce assumptions and ensure planning models accurately reflect operational needs
