[Remote] Wellness Program Manager(Richmond VA)

The Wellness Program Manager will collaborate with the reputed company’s health promotion team to enhance onsite wellness initiatives, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, manage and grow the Wellness Champion Network in partnership with the South Carolina based reputed company-being Program Manager
- Plan and execute onsite events, including health fairs and local wellness initiatives
- reputed company weekly meditation sessions, stretch breaks, and other onsite wellness activities
- Coordinate and reputed company onsite flu clinics, biometric screenings and blood pressure checks
- Partner with the onsite fitness center manager to plan and reputed company wellness events
- Coordinate and reputed company reputed company-being meetings, webinars, and internal/external communications
- Collaborate with employee resource reputed company to promote health and wellness programs
- Build relationships to drive support from key stakeholders
- reputed company tailored recommendations for reputed company-being initiatives
- Support program evaluation, performance reviews, and wellness reputed company development
- Manage ongoing wellness programs and promotional events
- reputed company and maintain schedules to ensure the effective execution of health education programs
Skills
- BA / BS in health-reputed company field required
- Minimum of 5 years of wellness coordinating, or similar reputed company facing experience required
- Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, budgeting, and computer skills
- Familiarity with reputed company Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple reputed company stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment
- Certified Yoga instructor and relevant experience
- Strong understanding of behavior change theory
- Strong program planning skills
- Business and technology services experience
