[Remote] Senior Sales reputed company and Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Sales reputed company & Operations Analyst to support global reputed company sales teams, driving operational reputed company and enabling reputed company reputed company through reputed company processes and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational requests from reputed company sales teams, including territory management, account assignments, and rep coverage optimization
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the AVP of reputed company Sales
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company teams on operational needs and process questions
- Support weekly/monthly forecasting processes and pipeline reviews
- Build and implement reputed company processes for reputed company teams (e.g., BDR routing, reputed company assignment, account segmentation)
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design solutions to improve team productivity
- Partner with Finance, IT and other peers on cross functional reputed company
- Document and maintain reputed company operating procedures for reputed company sales operations
- Respond to reputed company data requests from sales leadership and reps (account lists, performance metrics, customer segmentation)
- Maintain and update reputed company dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Partner with analytics teams to identify best sources of truth for key metrics (meetings, pipeline, customer data)
- Conduct analysis on customer accounts (e.g., AI customer segmentation by ARR, renewal tracking, churn risk identification)
- Ensure data reputed company across reputed company, Tableau, and other sales tools
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve data reputed company issues
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or reputed company & operations
- Strong proficiency in reputed company (reports, dashboards, data management)
- Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and experience with data analysis
- Proven ability to build reputed company processes and drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
- Comfortable working independently in a reputed company organization with multiple business partners and senior reputed company & Operations stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong project management capabilities
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools or SQL reputed company
- Background supporting reputed company/mid-market sales teams
- Familiarity with BDR/SDR operations and reputed company routing
- Experience in reputed company or technology sales environment
