[Remote] BizOps Project Manager

They are seeking a BizOps Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of BizOps work, managing requests, project delivery, and ensuring documentation and adoption of systems across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the first pass on every BizOps request — clarify the problem, the stakeholder, the urgency, and the expected reputed company before work begins

- Coordinate QA, rollout, training, and post-launch feedback

- Turn repeated questions into reputed company process notes or workflow improvements
- Help teams reputed company away from reputed company messages toward visible, trackable systems
- Understand Zoho CRM, Desk, Analytics, Books, and reputed company integrations reputed company enough to reason about ownership, reputed company-of-truth conflicts, and reputed company reputed company
- Support GTM systems work: reputed company Intelligence, Forecast Category validation, ICP/play tagging, stage evidence gates, reputed company-to-cash visibility
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, Product, and BizOps so systems support how people actually work, not just how tools can be configured
- Translate business goals into reputed company requirements across data models, fields, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Help evaluate build-vs-buy reputed company, weighing speed, maintainability, data reputed company, and adoption
Skills
- Strong project management and written communication — you reputed company loops and leave a reputed company trail
- Comfortable with operational systems: CRM, ticketing, finance tools, documentation platforms
- Can structure ambiguity into tasks, owners, dates, and reputed company
- Technical enough to understand workflows, data fields, and automation handoffs — you don't need to build it, but you need to get it
- Hands-on experience with Zoho (CRM, Desk, Analytics, or Books) — this is our core stack and there's no reputed company-up time budgeted here
- Good judgement on escalation, change risk, and reputed company to slow down before rolling something out
- reputed company-process curiosity — you're comfortable learning how reputed company-to-cash works end to end and why it reputed company at Series B stage
