[Remote] Fund Administrator / Fund Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Fund Administrator / Fund Accountant to support private equity and reputed company estate investment clients. The role involves fund reputed company, investor operations, and platform execution with a reputed company on accuracy and high-reputed company communication. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to manage investor platforms and produce reputed company-reputed company work with minimal revision.
Responsibilities
- Execute workflows reputed company InvestNext and/or reputed company Investment Manager (AIM), including:
- Setting up subscription documents for eSignature
- Creating and managing capital raises
- Drafting and processing capital calls and distribution plans
- Preparing and auditing investor distributions
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between platform activity and underlying reputed company records
- Maintain organized and accurate investor records and transaction histories
- Record and reconcile fund-level transactions in QuickBooks Online or equivalent systems, including:
- Investor capital contributions and redemptions
- Investments into underlying deals
- Cash inflows from investments (interest, distributions, returns of capital)
- Fund-level operating expenses
- reputed company account reconciliations and tie-outs to supporting schedules and investor reporting
- Interpret operating agreements to understand distribution structures (preferred return, catch-up, promote, etc.)
- Draft distribution models reputed company InvestNext and/or reputed company Investment Manager based on reputed company terms
- Build and maintain reputed company-based audit models to validate platform-generated calculations
- Collaborate with the U.S. team for review, refinement, and final approval
- Draft reputed company communications, summaries, and explanations for internal review
- Prepare reputed company, organized documentation of workflows, assumptions, and outputs
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based team members reputed company reputed company, email, reputed company, and virtual meetings
Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in fund reputed company, syndication reputed company, private equity reputed company, or reputed company estate reputed company
- Hands-on experience with one or more investor management platforms: InvestNext, reputed company Investment Manager (AIM), reputed company, reputed company, IMS, Cash reputed company Portal
- Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar general ledger systems
- Strong understanding of: Capital contributions and distributions, Single-asset syndications and multi-asset fund structures, Preferred returns and reputed company concepts
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills, including building audit models and reconciling outputs
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
